[作文题目] Today many young people change their jobs and careers every few years. What do you think are the reasons for this? Do you think the advantages outweigh its disadvantages ?
Prousperous market economy not only facilite the circulation of products but also impels the youth of today to jump ship more frequently. Diverse reasons can be listed based on the standards of their ideal jobs. However, as for me, such practice will exert more negative impacts on individual career prospect.
Everyday resignations full of diverse reasons are submitted to human resources. Firstly, Not content with their current earning and status,young employees prefer to choose some more well-paid positions which enable them to lead a descent life. After all,salary ,bonus performance,reward and ranks in companies are priorty of most staffs. Secondly,being congnizant their real interest or talent, the youth would rather abandon some enviable positions based on their real willingness. For instance, several years ago,a teacher resign in order to enrich her experience through a world tourisem. Lastly, it is also undeniable that some unjust treat or demanding jobs also compel young people to quit.
Given that above-mentioned reasons, some young persons may get promotion or perform fantanstic tasks in companies after swifting jobs. It seemed that a bright future and bucolic life are wating for job-hoppers. However,hopping jobs every several years will be against the acumulation of experience and cultivation of core competence.in fact, without competitive ability and rich experience, obtaining better jobs from profitable corporations is not realistic. Furthermore, changing jobs or industries means that the loss of personal customers and the reestablishment of relationships of friends and colleagues. Each times cost valuable time of youth. At last, frequent job hopping records will make leaders doubt whether they could diliver crucial or urgent task to these job hoppers. After all, company need stable and longterm schedule to reasearch dominant products in markets.
Above all, out of various reasons, young people are willing to challenge new jobs for a better life in modern society. But taking account of some unpredicable sistuations and limited personal capacity, the youth should consider duscreetly about changing jobs.
